PCCAN’s funding comes mainly from an annual fundraiser. This local fundraiser has been held for the past ten years and over $150,000 has been raised for child abuse and neglect prevention. Phelps County Bank and Boys and Girls Town cosponsor the event held during July of each year throughout Phelps County. Lemonade stands are manned by kids, families, groups, businesses, and individuals who sell lemonade and water over a two-day period. Take A Stand is trademarked through Phelps County Bank.
